The Cutfresh Story

The team at Cutfresh are butchers who became dedicated smallgoods makers to service their three shops in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.  Cutfresh's range includes a full range of fresh meat and poultry products including beef, lamb, pork, chicken, sausages - and smallgoods including bacon, cabana, strasburg, pastrami, turkey breast, ham, roast beef, smoked chicken and smoked beef.

Originally a back room operation, Cutfresh has expanded into its new state-of-the-art premises in Dandenong South to make its extensive range supplying its three direct to public retail outlets and a range of other retailers and wholesalers.

The new facility incorporates modern smoking ovens, injectors, bowl cutters, sausage fillers and slicing equipment.  The facility has separate areas for boning, cooking, slicing and storage allowing us to produce a full range of quality products on the premises.
